Story videos are delivered digitally to your inbox. Story Starter within 3-5 business days. Memory Maker within 2-3 business days. The Heirloom Film receives Priority Scheduling and is delivered within 1-2 business days once all materials are received. Illustrated portraits and digital story art are delivered within 5-7 business days. Printed story books, thank you cards, and framed portraits require additional production and shipping time — estimated 10-14 business days. Production begins when payment is cleared and your completed order form is received.

Absolutely. All orders include the option to provide photos through your personalized order form after purchase. Story Starter orders welcome 1-2 reference photos to help guide the artwork. Memory Maker and Legacy Custom orders require a minimum of 5 clear, well-lit photos per subject for the best results. Legacy Custom orders also support full video footage submission. Illustrated portrait orders require a minimum of 3 clear, well-lit photos of your subject for the best likeness. The more detail and reference you provide, the more accurate and personal your creation becomes.

If we receive a photo that doesn't meet our quality guidelines we will reach out within 24 hours with a simple friendly request for a replacement. You will have 48 hours to send a new photo. If we don't hear back we will proceed using AI-generated likeness based on your written description. We always want your creation to be beautiful — we will let you know if we need something better.

Legacy Custom orders include one full round of edits. Simply reply to your delivery email within 48 hours with your notes and we will take care of it right away. Story Starter and Memory Maker orders do not include an edit round. Illustrated portrait orders do not include revisions once production has begun — please ensure your photo submission is clear and well-lit for the best results.
