We collect only the information necessary to create your order and communicate with you about it. This includes your name, email address, shipping address (for physical products), order details, and any creative details you provide on your order form. Depending on the product ordered, this may include photos or video footage you choose to submit for use in your illustrated portrait, keepsake, or video.

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to produce your order, communicate with you about it, process payment, and deliver your completed product — digitally, physically, or both. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

Who We Share It With
Nobody, with one narrow exception: physical orders are shared with our shipping and print fulfillment partners solely to produce and ship your item, and payment information is processed securely by our payment processors (Squarespace Payments and Square). We never sell, rent, or distribute your personal information or your subjects' details to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

How We Store It
Your order information is stored securely across Gmail, Jotform, and Squarespace, each of which maintains its own enterprise-level security standards. Submitted photos and media are stored temporarily during production and deleted after delivery upon request.

Cookies
This website is built on Squarespace, which automatically uses cookies to operate the site. These cookies are technical in nature and do not track your personal information across other websites.

Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing storynightstudios@gmail.com. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

Children's Privacy
Our ordering process is conducted entirely with adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All orders — including any photos, names, or details about a child — are submitted by a parent or guardian on behalf of their family. Photos and details submitted about children are used solely to produce the ordered item and are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond fulfilling that order without the submitting parent's separate written consent.

We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
