Each portrait is made to order as one finished piece: archival print, a generous 2-inch mat, a solid wood frame and a clear acrylic front. It arrives ready to hang.

Details

Credits

Valid 12 months from purchase, with a one-time 90-day extension if you ask before they expire. After that, unused value converts once into digital portrait credits worth 50% of what was left. No cash refunds. See our Terms for the full credit rules.

Proofs

We send the finished portrait for your approval. One correction round per portrait is included. If you print without a proof, or approve one, we replace a frame only for production defects or damage in transit.

Timing

Production is usually 2–3 business days after approval, then FedEx Ground, typically 1–5 business days. An estimate, not a guarantee. Frames ship only to street addresses in the continental U.S., not to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Care

Dust with a soft dry cloth, keep out of direct sunlight, avoid harsh chemicals.

Damaged in transit

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it.
